Okay, so this is just a post to tell you that I PROMISE I'm going to catch up on my posts! Everyone says to just start from right now, but I really do want to print this off as a journal someday so I am going to go back and do all my posts from the last 8 months. So I figured if I post this then I will actually commit to doing this! Wish me luck! And hopefully you'll see me soon!
I decided to take Dax to a Ute football game. Seeing how we spent over 5 months at the U of U hospital we became fans of all things Ute. A couple of my cousins go to the U so they have gotten really into the sports, so Me, Dax, my mom and Kalee met up with my aunt Sheila and her family and did a little bit of tailgating- my uncle made some YUMMY food, then we headed to the game. It was the Utes homecoming game and they won, so double wammy! It was so fun!!!

I can't believe that my 'baby' is in first grade! He was a bit nervous to go to school ALL day, I think he'll do fine, but it will be a struggle for him to pay attention for that long. Cross our fingers!!! And I think I'm going to LOVE his teacher, she seems really good. Good luck Mrs. Criswell!
Aaron's sister had her third child and first boy today. So introducing Baby Tyce. So cute!!!! Congratulations to Ashley and Preston!!!
As usual we went to the Pioneer Day's Parade. My mom and aunt's go the day before and stake down blankets to save spots, then they go at 5 in the morning to make sure no one tries to steal our spots. My mom had Dax and Devree sleep over and they got the pleasure of going bright-n-early with her. ;)
I go ahead and stroll in right before it starts. :)

This year we talked Dax into doing the Mutton Bustin at the Rodeo. He actually was pretty excited to do it. It was hilarious! He did purdy good too! He got 4th place out of a whole bunch of kids. Not too shabby! Good job Bubs!

While I'm not a die hard Paul fan, when I heard he was coming to Utah for a concert I just had to go. It's probably the only chance in my life I will be able to hear a Beatle LIVE! Once in a lifetime concert!!! And boy was it! I've been to a lot of concerts, and this one was just amazing! That's the best way to describe it, amazing!
