Time Sure Flies...

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted. Time sure flies when you having fun, or going crazy, either one! :)We are all doing just fabulous. The babies are sure getting big, and fun. Jacee started rolling over a couple of weeks ago, so she gets around. We even had a fall off the bed accident, whoops! But I think it just scared her more than anything, after a few hugs she was fine. She also found out she could talk so she just talks all day long. It's so cute, that's how I know when she's up in the morning, I can hear her in there talking. Jaxon and Gavin can roll onto their sides but that's all they are really interested in right now. And Jaxon LOVES his thumb! I know it's naughty but it's too cute, I can't not let him do it. I'm sure I'll have a different story in a couple of years. Gavin's doing good with his bottles. He usually takes about 1-2 whole bottles a day. But lately he's been throwing up (like a fountain) so we are trying to work on that right now because his weight gain hasn't been as good lately so hopefully we can get that figured out.
Because they were so early they are enrolled in the Neonatal Follow up program. So we take them down to SLC every few months to see how they are developing. They had part of their appt last month and the other part today. We go through all types of doctors like an assembly line. We see one and move on to the next. It's a very long appt! They base everything off of their corrected age (which is how old they should be based off their due date, March 16th). And they all were right were they should be! The doctor said 3 for 3 were great, and for 24 weekers that's pretty great to say! I love to hear that!!!!! They have no obvious problems or signs of problems. And their heights and weights were all in the 50% for their corrected age. Good job babies!
This past week my uncle Doug came to visit from Pennsylvania. And then my Grandparents from Florida. I haven't seen my uncle for a few years, so it was nice to see him. He's a pilot and his airline now flies into Utah so he only got to stay for a day, but it was still fun. I hope the rest of his family can come down soon, I love to have extra baby holders. (Cassie!!!) It was also nice to reminisce about my cousin Kristen. She was so funny, and it was nice to hear more funny stories about her. We sure miss her. She was such a great person.
I haven't seen my grandparents for 2 years and they got to stay for about a week, so we did lots of stuff. We kept them busy, they're probably excited to be home and relax. ;) We went to Park City and we rode the Alpine Coaster (so fun!), the Hill Air Force Museum (the type of plane my grandpa flew in the Korean war is there), a barbecue at Lennon's, watched some old home movies and went to the fireworks at Weber State. Wow huh! We had tons of fun though, I hope it's not 2 years before we see them again!
Also, (I know this is turning into a novel) we went camping to Flaming Gorge over the 4th. That was lots of fun. Both Aaron's and my family go on big camping trips over the 4th so we take turns going with our families every other year, so this year was my families turn. We just hang around camp and we also go raft the Green River a couple of times and then Dutch John does fireworks, so we go to them (they are actually really good fireworks for a small town) and speaking of fireworks, I had a lot of fun! Let's just say don't take allergy pills and an energy drink at the same time, plus I think I had some bottled up energy I needed to release. But that's all that I'm going to say about that. Everyone there knows why! ;) And my mom was nice enough to stay back with the babies so that Aaron and I could go raft the river, so thanks Mother! Great times!
I guess I better end this, if anyone is even still reading it =). Again, the babies are doing great, they are so nice to us. Still sleeping through the night, they go to bed around 8 and sleep until 7 or 8 the next morning. I'm so thankful for that. I don't think I could do it if I was tired. And Dax is a great brother, he really looks out for the babies, he checks on them while they're sleeping and even will smell their bums to let me know who's poopy. Go Dax! We love ya dude!
Well as you can imagine I have a lot of pics so here's another slide show! (and I didn't even take a lot of pics camping or when my grandparents were here, probably check Amber and Kalee's blog for that)
Oh and one more thing, hahaha. We want to welcome home Amber and Brian. They've been real home sick, and after they came home to go camping they decided that they want to come home, they just miss us all way to much! ;) But we are really glad you're home to stay!
That's all, really.
