Well, we've had another great week! Jacee is doing great with bottle feeding. She is now just getting a bottle when she wants one, which is about every 4 hours, and she is taking about 2 ounces everytime. But it sounds like she might be what the nurses call an "eye hostage". It means she is ready to come home, but her eyes aren't quite where the doctors want them to be. The vessels aren't grown out to where they need to be, but she doesn't really need the surgery. So she has to wait until either one happens! So hopefully it won't be too long. Her next eye appointment is on Wed. so we'll see what they say. And Gavin is taking bottles once a shift now. He doesn't down them like his piggy sister, but he does alright. He's just taking his time. And little Jaxon is still having major reflux issues. It's really preventing him from moving forward, because he doesn't want to learn to swallow. They figure his throat is so irritated that is just hurts to swallow. But the doctors keep trying new tricks, so hopefully one will work soon.

Hi Brooke, I've finally figured out how to leave you a message! The triplets are doing so great! I check out your page a couple times a week here at work and my whole office has been cheering these little guys on. Or should I say- not so little anymore. These bunny pictures are priceless. And the one of you with all 3 looks beautiful and overwhelming all at the same time! Much love from the Washington crowd!

I love the picture of you with all three of them! They are so cute. I am glad they are doing well. My kids are a little over a year apart so I know a little about feeling overwhelmed. But not like you do! It's gotten a lot easier now that Jack is almost one now. I wish you all the best.
Brooke,
My sister-in-law told me about your blog and I cry everytime I see it. They are so adorable and they are doing so well. I admire you so much, you are so positive, don't ever lose that. I have twins, they were only in the NICU for one week, the hardest times were when I was "Miss Negative Pants". Tina is right, it does get easier, my twins are 18 months and I feel like I am sane, well most days ;) You are truly blessed. 1 down, 2 to go! Happy due date! :)
