Jacee's 1 Year Anniversary!

We decided that since the babies have to "share" a birthday that they should have their very own special day where they get all the attention. So we are going to celebrate the day that each of them came home from the NICU. Jacee came home from the hospital on March 14th, 2008. She was in the NICU for 108 days and came home weighing 6 lbs 13 oz.

Since we didn't get home from San Diego until the 16th we celebrated it the day after we got home. Since they're not really old enough to know what's going on we just bought some cupcakes with cute little butterflies on them and let them all just dig in. Once they get older we'll take them out and do something fun, but for now she thought the cupcakes were just fabulous! ;)

Jacee's NBICU Story...

Jacee was born at 4 pm on Nov. 27, 2007 and is the youngest of the three by 2 minutes. She started out at 1 lb 7 oz and 12 1/4 in. She is now 18 lbs and RULES our house. She still picks on her brothers, although not as much because they have caught on to her and kinda get her back now. She says Uh-Oh and mama sometimes. She is taking steps but not quite walking. She has 2 teeth on bottom and 2 coming in on the top. (not the front teeth though, kinda silly). She will always be our Princess, but lately we call her our DIVA because she knows what she wants and will through a fit until she gets it!

Here's some pics of her journey.... I'm just going to put pictures from the NICU because they are still so amazing to me. I still can't believe how tiny they were and how far they have come. It was very emotional for me to go through all of these. It was like we were just there. Moments I will never forget.
