Best Mother's Day ever!

Okay we did it! We finally brought Gavin home, 165 days later. We got to bring him home on Friday night. He seems to be adjusting very well. He looks all around to try and figure out where the heck he is, but is very happy, he smiles all the time. It's so cute with those big 'ol cheeks. And he's just plain old fat. He has dimples in his knees because they are so chunky...knee dimples, haha. Dax was very excited to meet him for the first time and loves having everyone home all the time. He's a great helper! It's weird for us not to be driving to SLC every night, we actually get to be together as a family. So mother's day was fabulous for me! Last Mother's Day I had one kid, this Mother's Day I have 4!!! That's still pretty crazy for me to say. =) Crazy, but very good.

It was nice bringing Gavin home on the weekend because Aaron was home to help. But yesterday I was all on my own. And Gavin had an appt. with the pediatrician. So Aaron's mom was nice enough to meet me at the doctor and just sit in the van (yes I have a van, and I love it!!! Never thought I would say that!) with the other kids so I didn't have to attempt to take them all in. When I was on my way to the doctor I called Aaron to tell him that I am Wonder Woman because I was able to take a shower and get ready, and I got all the kiddos bathed and dressed and I was even on time for the appt. BUT as I was getting on the freeway I realized that all of their bottles were still at home on the counter! And they were all due to eat again soon, so I had to go all the way back home and was of course 20 min late to the doctor! I WILL be on time to something, I swear!!! I try so hard. =)

All of the babies are smiling now, it's so fun. They aren't really pet rocks anymore, which is much funner. ;) Gavin smiles the most, then Jacee, and Jaxon just started to on Sunday. He kinda giggles when he smiles, it's soooo cute. My pediatrician tells me to beware,That I'm in for it... He says that if they were little angels they would be living with the angles, but they are here because they are feisty, and that's how they'll always be! I thought that was kinda cute. And a little bit scary. Dax is quite the handful. Don't know how I'll handle 4 little bundles of energy! =)

Well, again I have lots of pics so here ya go!

Here's some of each of them smiling, they're not the best, but I tried...

I'm gonna put the other pics on a slideshow because there is a lot!

I am so happy you have all of them together. Way to go on your Super woman day. I remember I was terrified when my husband went back to work and my mom couldn't come until later that afternoon, but for some reason they were good and I survived. Good luck and they are sooo cute!!!
